All of our metal casework units are painted with a chemically resistant, baked-on epoxy powder-coat enamel. The sides, backs and toe spaces are constructed with 18 gauge steel. The drawers are attached to a zinc-plated, full-extension, ball-bearing drawer slide.
The drawer slides are rated to withstand 10,000 cycles at 100 pounds. The hinges are stainless steel, and the leveling feet are non-marring to protect the floor. Optional lab bench worktop is 12.7mm phenolic resin worktop, 16/19/25mm epoxy resin countertop and 20mm ceramic countertop.Lab bench countertop edge is smooth.
Stainless steel material
1.0mm thickness 304 stainless steel cabinet and drawer, the worktop is also the 1mm 304SS material. It is easy clean and ant ibacterial. Good for cleanroom, animal analysis lab, cell research ect.
Hinge
